Can someone highlight to me why there was a two-step approach with Tincom tipping in $0.5M and then $1.5M? If the share price did nothing at the end of April, what will the end of May prove?

For me, the current Coldry story wont change the share price until the entire supply chain logistics from LV coal face to Vietnamese power furnaces are given the green light. The $2M from Tincom just funds the ability for people to try to mitigate the miriad of risks - doesn't guarantee that they can overcome them. Therefore, no movement until December in my opinion (relying purely on Tincom Coldry to move the share price).
