As the major shareholder, I would like to see PRU call an extraordinary meeting to raise a no confidence motion in the current board. They have clearly mismanaged and mislead our company. I think RG needs to fall on his sword.

The smoke and mirrors show put on by management has deceived shareholders, causing many to ignore contra indicators (myself included).

Beyond the loss of shareholders money there is the human cost in this too. Stressed marriages, depression, anxiety, psychological trauma etc. The board are responsible and culpable.

While the share price is getting driven lower, we know that the company are still sitting on more results. I guess the lack of intestinal fortitude shown so far this year is still prevailing...

PRU, I hope you are aware of the level of mistrust and contempt for the management of BYR. I urge you to do something about it in the interest of ALL shareholders.
