I'll go out on a limb here. Given the amount of dilution there has been, the current market, the life of the main patents, the time to market for any therapeutics based on ddRNAi,etc., my guess would be that if a takeover were to happen before the end of this year the offer would be in the vicinity of 45-50cents a share.

If BLT were to go on and develop some therapeutics of its own then a market cap of $2B+ would not be out of the question.

When the dust settles on the UK action we may get to test this speculation.
