Question is how low in the 30's will it go before a reversal.

Looking at my charts I'm going to say 38 as a short term low without news.

If USA dollar rallies further (despite the absurdity of that considering its long term future), all bets are off, commodities taking a hammering including tin.
Interesting article here about sellers not willing to sell lower however. Although that could change if there is a further shock to the market.
