    The way I see it regarding Cougar UK,and I may be entirely wrong, but it was set up by Len as a possible option in case he was "dudded" again.

    No idea how it would work, and not much or any mention of it or Thar in recent Cougar communications.

    Looks like back burner stuff atm (sorry for the pun)
