its dependent upon the number of shares available, with the SP above 40c till the last moment many like "moveonup" will have taken them up.
Insto's who bid 44c for the insto bookbuild won't have too much trouble bidding again.
BTW moveonup if you're so upset about the "SPP" and can't trade the stock then ring the Co. My buys at 39.5 are fine in line with my recent trading, I'm no where as unhappy as you appear to be about your 40c er's.
So if you must abuse someone, abuse RC not other holders. He's a big boy he'll take it.
