The Chinese want the monopoly broken ,only way help source their own,they will take what SDL is giving,otherwise as they would well know one of the big 3 take a position leaving them as they are.Chinese do not hold the tenements ,SDL would have others willing to join in if just to keep the big3 going,its take it or leave it?
