Lautrec - you said "if there is no afterlife, then there is no conciousness of the mind". Where is the logic there? Yes I agree there may or may not be an afterlife... But why does the lack of any afterlife negate the existence of consciousness? Also, we all experience consciousness because we are all self-aware, so it does exist. I don't see your logic I'm afraid.
