Lets just say that the CR was so SDL have cash on hand now and don't have to succumb to an offer(IMO a low chance of that) and/or have more time on their side. SDL will bide their time move the pieces into place and hopefully follow closely the time line they have set. I have done very little research on GDO but at 347m market cap are they in line to be the 5th or 6th biggest gold miner in the world?
