    Hi James,
    I don't think a strategic partner will be getting any IO for cheap. THey will be still be paying market rate, but because they own a % in the project they will be happier to pay it. If you have two companies to buy something from that are charging the same price, you are always going to buy from the company you get a share of the profits in.

    That's my understanding of how it would work anyway.
