Two key issues effecting Wiluna:

Ground control issues - difficult to manage, but not impossible.

High turnover - difficulty attracting and retaining quality key personnel. Totally managable, even in a Boom market.

Without quality, highly skilled staff ground control issues will not be managed effectively.
