    it seems the the .001 seller is probably one of those BUYERS trying to scare the market into dumping there shares .Don't fall for it people.
    Re4 the market cap , perhaps the discrepancy between the 15M and 18m IS THE VALUE OF THE OPTIONS , APPROX 1 BILLION valued at around 2M
