my major concern with PEN would be mutants caused by radiation. not cool X-Men mutants, but three eyed fish and those type of things. that would be my #1 negative concern.
other than that i am very happy and too don't see many negatives other than the previously discussed temporal short term ones; mainly relating to market sentiment at the moment.
