Anybody can explain the logic of putting the LAMP into Malaysia instead of somewhere next door to Mt Weld? Would save a lot of transportation costs and LYC would have much better control. Also could be used to process the output of other REO mines in Oz. If there are no safety concerns then there should be no environmental issues. But maybe cost of chemical are cheaper there, just trying to understand the logic.
