cant say that way for sure too much guess work - its hugging the upper bollinger band all u can do is follow that as long as the RSI is up
chart is picture perfect
id say it will hit 10.5 then retrace from being too overbought a bit - that would set up what i am seeing as a cup and handle perfectly in a perfect world
VLA did the same at a diff price level - mind u u cant say something is a c&h without the handle
