Kingy,what one or two say on here about mum and dad investors,shoulnt be taken as every bears view.You cant compare investing in property and trying to make it in business.Some have done well in property in the past,and havent had to do anything but rent the place out and sit(yes,I know this has it's own stress),where trying to make money from a business requires a lot more dynamics.
