This and the fact the numbers havn't changed paint a better picture of what "might" be happening.

Despite all my ravings I never considered that this may be 100%a Bayan decision and relates to something to do with Bayan.

If so... does it matter that nuch if the shares go to Byana or Bayan and Jedi?

Perhaps it is being done to perhaps keep Bayan under 50% for now, is that a requirement for Australian companies?
