Sorry cuppa that is exactly what you and most of this forum continually miss - that is the very fact that these cheap properties do exist out there all across Australia, yet the continued mantra on this forum is all property will crash by 40 to 60%. That is extremely unlikely in the case of this sort of property. If I was invested in multi-million dollar pads I certainly wouldn't be bullish on property over the next few years and many of these will likely come off 40 to 60%.
