Dave I think you mean bearish, and no I have consistently maintained on this forum that certain properties/areas will likely come off in the 40 to 60% range, while the lower end will likely only come off around 10 to 20%. Regardless of this short term drop there will likely be very low growth/stagnation for many years probably the better half of this decade. I remain bullish as my market segment is unlikely to change in price significantly while yields will continue to increase over time.
