Good to see 13.65% (55m shares) locked up by Citicorp.
I would presume Citicorp will be sitting, till the fat lady sings.
The +ve impact should influence trading following the next deal ANN. Already the sp has some added strength.
Since I learnt BTC were out, I've increased my holding by 50%.
