It seems many Labor stalwarts still carry hatred for John Howard and the Liberal Party, along with any changes made by the Party through out the era. That will never change, wouldn't matter what was legislated or voted upon.
The self proclaimed Paul Keating as the "world's Greatest Treasurer" was more on the nose than Howard ever was imo. But the fact is Labor have absolutely nothing to crow about with this motley crew, hence they keep regurgitating Paul Keating and Bob Hawke.
