Hi BigRedRoo, I cant see what the problem is and frankly disclosure from this company is excellent. The company cant announce to the market that its nearly there because at the end of the day its up to Nasdaq. What if Nasdaq in fact prolong further it would make the company look like gooses. I never take phoned information as gospel on this forum because its open to the callers interpretation of what was said. As I have posted before some have been posting similar types of calls for ages only to be found wanting. Maybe because of the time that has lapsed and things that have been going on we should now be closer to listing.

When we are notified as to whether listing approval has occurred imo there may be an increase in sp however imo the real test of the impact of Nasdaq will be after listing and the extent to which shares are taken up in the USA. Ultimately it will be news of the progress of Cvac and any financial arrangements that should see more marked improvement in the stock price. Of course they are just my opinions on the matter.
