The only thing that I can think of is "who" are the Australian international institutions and the sophisticated and professional investors? (maybe someone well respected and we are'nt in the know yet?)maybe a new substantial shareholder that we wont know untill the placement happens? and what are the conditions of the placement? Are they in escrow for a period of time?
