IMO it looked as though Joe Hockey was not only all at sea with his brief but somewhat disinterested as well.
IMO the presentation was comical & an incredibly poor reflection on the quality of Australia's alternative government. The efforts of Andrew Robb & Joe Hockey only lacked for a third stooge to appear on stage riding a bike in budgie smugglers.
Given that performance I suspect that if we ever see an Abbott Govt. it will become a case of occasional press releases but no opportunity for questions from anyone other than Bolt, Jones & Co.
