    I have received a reply from my email.

    "Position in the SI is as has been disclosed in formal releases by Axiom without formal official contradiction of any kind. Media in SI are easily manipulated, but Axiom will not engage in this and we are presently progressing with this extraordinary project on the ground as per our issued Prospecting Licence. Time will show that Axiom KB is on solid legal ground with full customary landowner and large popular support. Keep positive - we certainly are."
