shareholder value

Correct me if I'm wrong but the responsibility of the board and CEO of a coy is to build and PROTECT shareholders value.

I know that RD can't stop selling but I can ask the question: what is RD doing to stop our value being diminished i.e. what is he doing to stop another slide in sp?

We get bugger all communications from evm. They get what appears to be goods news and flush it down the tube with poorly written announcements and no message to shareholders.

That is why the sp is falling. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT'S GOING ON! Sort out the coy RD and KF, go back to communications school.
