Agree 6ULDV8,I don't think it will be a "loss'. In fact BPT are looking like the best shale player in Australia and unless they get someone bigger, better, cashed up and EXPERIENCED,I won't be unhappy to partner BPT and ADE in 855.
COST is going to be huge to develop, so I am still punting on ICN getting some form of cash injection from "somewhere" and that's probably why they will be trying really hard to retain the full 80% to enable them to use that equity to j/v for that big cash injection.Much harder if they only have 40%.
So, I see the Court case as a "no loser" for ICN either way.
