Advice - take a walk down through a child cancer ward, take a walk under some tollways in Bangkok, take a walk outside and be glad that you have been lucky enough to be alive as long as you have and been born into the west, not some 3rd world #hit hole.
Try finding a focus, such as the way your government is filling Australia with 3rd world ecomonic migrants who have no intention of living like an Australian, who take your tax money, hate your Queen, hate your flag, hate your country, and hate you. And you are to busy feeling sorry for yourself to see it.
