My reading is lets say MIN are interested in Parker Range but only value it at say 20mill. MIN can't make a takeover offer for CAZ at 20cents. But if the cash comes in, they may make an offer at 55cents which no doubt most people here would accept as the share rarely traded outside this price range and it is an 85% premium? to current price obviously making it very attractive to current holders. It seems everybody would win in this deal.
