Good work for someone with a recent interest... Well done! What concerns me is the lack of positive comment coming from the board. Realistically, this is being presented as a "done deal" which is necessary for the survival of BEC. Where is the alternative argument from them, stating the methods they will employ to ensure this does not need to happen. It appears as if they have surrendered and are happy to move responsibility elsewhere. If members of this management team seek employment anywhere else, they will be a laughing stock. They need to stand up and fight for the company (and the stockholders). It appears that will not happen.

If my shares were still worth something, my sentiment would be "sell", but I hold hoping that a better offer may be presented. Good luck!
