On the surface of things it appears Wroxby is taking up only the previously agreed 1.25 million shares from the Fosters overhang.
IMHO this looks to be a very good scenario for shareholders as we can clearly see the total commitment of our major shareholder. We can also see that Wroxby is not (at this stage) looking to creep it's overall % holding in the company which should satisfy some of the fears that our big mate will look to gobble us up at these bargain basement prices.
Nothing is ever guaranteed, we've got a tiger by the tail here in IOH and part of the risk in holding this stock is the greedy eyes of others with much deeper pockets than ourselves.
