    Sorry, typed in haste... I think the underlying threat is that this could be driven to wind-up if EPN don't get their way. I know they are not pushing for wind-up ATM, which is not a serious proposition for anyone at this stage (my opinion only). I believe ANY threat of wind-up at this stage is pure bluff, as most holders would be hoping for a greater realisation of value from EDT (EPN included). However, EPN may always have the threat of trying to force a wind-up if they don't get the number of shares they need for a take-over. I doubt they would be happy to sit on the sidelines with a simple majority, but still don't believe it is in their best interest to support a wind-up. Happy to be corrected!
