I think in an earlier post I suggested it was payment for facilitating / procurring the wealthy investors.An approximate 12.5% commission sounds great to me.Perhaps because the funds were required at short notice that such a hefty commission was required.In any case it was needed to keep the operation going.Hmmm wonder who the recipient of the commission was?
