Target, turn date are all important for short-term traders. But for a bit of longer term investors, or sour traders turn into investors, bigger picture has no harm.
Here again, my prime guide, I am thinking the 1968 to 1982 period replay.
It is pity, our market has its own mind, does not follow US closely. Nevertheless, I still use it.
According to the pattern, the rest of the year will be trading range. Compare to 1968-1982, we declined faster, and we go up a lot slower. And I bet the trading range could be a lot wider. So BD's strategy buy low and sell high could still be working.
The key: Are you brave enough to average down if you have taken some bad positions, or get out some bad positions, and reentry at better price?
Well, everyone has his/her style, risk limits, and objectives, so Mr Market make winners and losers every day!
Have a good weekend.
