i agree that using Southern Cross was a excellent move by PRR. However, the payment for coverage in options (which appeared yet to be exercised) is just a no brainer to me that SC would NEVER provide a negative outlook on the business. SC basically now have a vested interest in PRR.
After careful reading of the report i do beleive most opinions raisesd are valid - however i feel an element of 'over' optimism? maybe its the 100%+ (or so) 12 month price target?
