    Good research. Yes rail from Ubon Rachathani, Thailand to SriRacha Port.

    The alumina could go from the plateau by road to the relatively new bridge over the Mekhong between Savannakhet, Laos and Mukdahan, Thailand, then on to Ubon Rachathani.
