    I was just reading in the AFR that NHC will get $58m for the 10% sale of this project. I wonder if NHC will give us another special dividend/capital return? The company has been great about returning capital to shareholders.

    Also, a surprise that NHC was up nicely in price yesterday- I'm not sure why we were bullish on such a bear day. Any thoughts on this, holders?
