re: Ann: OCP: iSOFT Group and RJL Investments... I thought by OCP stating that in the absence of a superior offer they will sell to CSC @ 17c. Which means they're willing to sell to CSC @ 17c. If RJL can't buy those 15% off OCP at the same price then I can't see how it could be called a 'pre-emptive right'.
