The company maintains a very proactive dialogue with its investors and advises the market on the key events as and when they occur. This is a key focus and priority of the group. I myself welcome and maintain direct discussions with all and any shareholders looking for clarification on any matters at any time.

In the last quarterly you are correct we advised the market and our shareholders of the likely key events that we anticipated completing substantial work on during the quarter and specifically in the month of May.

In particular we advised that we would be announcing our preferred financing partner and the financing package in respect of the Penumbra project. We are still on track to make an update on this in May and are in discussions with the financiers to ensure we meet this deadline.

In regards to Botswana, we are awaiting receipt of the Gemecs report and once received and based upon our review will look to provide an update where appropriate. We have had executives in Botswana earlier this month progressing discussions with an in-country project manager and with drilling contractors, again once these discussions are concluded we will update. We are pushing our consultants to have this report to us this week.

On the AiM listing we are busy finalising a number of key technical, financial and legal reports that will form part of our listing/admission document. There is one key lead time item that is determining the listing date and once clarity is received on the tming of its receipt a detailed update on the AiM process will be made to the market. We are still pushing to have it completed before the end of this quarter, but it may well push into the first two/three weeks of July.

As you can see a lot going on and once finalised we will adhere to our continuous disclosure obligations and release to the market all key and material developments.
