I got to it through site map, investors, but have just realised it is in fact the progress report and funding update release to ASX 10/3/2011, now used as the Investor Relations Info.

Apologies if I'm a bit slow in honing in on the user/charge model statement. Regardless it still pretty well says it all to me, and we are just closer to that reality now than we were then.
