    AVB - 145.2 million lbs of copper.
    Equates to $580 mil of copper.

    MGO - 6.5 BILLION LBS OF COPPER.
    Equates to $26 billion, or $26 per share.

    AVB - $20 mil cash
    MGO - $71 mil cash aprox

    Add to this 204 mil lbs of moly, worth at todays prices, another $3 billion
