The deal is FANTASTIC, Market not so flash. No worries here for now. In another 27 days shareholders will be given a vote for approval and they have UP to 60 days to do due diligence - but they have said they will do it faster!! Pick a few up as it gets sold down over the next few days whilst the pros do there tree shaking to get more!!!
PS the real deal is not signed this is an mou, it can still fall through - but unlikely imo.
