... so if fully subscribed

... if i own 2 PRR shares ... I am entitled to $15 k worth of shares ?

... if i own 2,000,000 PRR shares ... I am entitled to ONLY $15 k worth of shares ?

... That sucks !

surely there should be a ratio element with regards to the more you own the more you are entitled to ( which I posted last night )

say 1 : 8 etc..
