Maybe after their roadshows their better option was to raise capital here for obvious reasons.

Oncothyreon (ONTY)....product Stimuvax... Phase3 results 2012 for Lung cancer/10 times the size of the ovarian cancer market...Market Cap $250M
Then don't forget Abagovomab a vaccine for Ovarian cancer in the final stages of a Phase3 FDA trial.
Prima still recruiting for phase2 market Cap $270M ????
