Mike, if you look back at postings around the time of my inaugural post about the housing crash in early 2010, the bile and spite was pretty full on here on HC as well as pervasively out there in the wider housing investment, spruiker community.
Pretty much every person with a bearish view was labelled as a loser, life long renter, missed the boat - suffer, wait until your next life for a house price crash - rub it in real nice....type personal atatcks.
