If we have to pay up a CR for CTP to complete Surprise 1, rather than a JV and splitting it with them, at least all the profits (if they occur) come back to those of us that paid for it.
Have just put my order in to sell some. Hoping to buy them back cheaper at the next capital raising.
A partnership will dilute our holdings more than this capital raising will.
