True we can't predict the future,
But If one has sold now only because the 25% CGT cuts in today they obviously have no knowledge or feel for the project or alternately think that the coming news wont move the price all (my guess is news will be in the next week).
One might say "The mans under pressure" greed got the better of him when the 4c+ was there.
Just on fundamentals 5c is already built in.
