ACB, you are not going to get a link from me for properties that I still get calls every couple of weeks from mulitple agencies. Some are listed by more than one agents. These are $1M + properties with next to no traffic currently. Inspection is by special appointments. There have been no open houses since the start of the year. Some are deliberately left vacant but well maintained. 2 of them are in the same street.
There are few buyer advocates in those areas I don't already know.
Surely ,one hardly needs to prove to you that Rome is burning by turning over a particular slab of rock.
Properties on the market for 6 months are dime a dozen even in the 500K to 700K brackets. Lots of stale stuff have been removed from online long ago. Just cross reference the details between past online listings, local paper and the agents active list (if you have access to one such) and you know what I am talking about.
