As I have mentioned in the original post (with "Too Big Figure") - that this info is a bit old and I'm sure they (the Cameroon Gov't. as they said in some releases) had updated or ratified their Mining Code/Law already. I'll try to look for the updated version of it as we go.
However, the basic question is that,.... How come the Local Cameroon Registered Company who owns the rights of the Mine (which in this case CamIron SA) owns or controls only 11% of the Company CamIron SA? And the rest, at this stage, 89% is owned and controlled by SDL.
It is clear that 35% should be owned by Cameroon Citizens or by Locals (UNLESS THE CAMEROON GOV'T. HAVE ALREADY CHANGED THE RULES AND MAKE IT TO ANYTHING LESS THAN 35% LOCAL OWNERSHIP).
That's my basic question, and it is as basic as yours MattW.
