Just another note, and this is all highly speculative but i have previously asked the question as to weather Roche may of had a specific/existing candidate in focus when intially entering the collaboration in December 2009.
Look at Roche taking Avastin directly to the cerebral arteries & to the tumour in an attempt to get past the blood-brain barrier - 4 weeks before the PYC/Roche agreement was reached targetting intra-cellular targets & now the blood brain barrier.
If PYC can provide easier & more efficent access to the drug target then ??
